Orders
All online orders are processed within 2-4 business days. We try our best to ship orders out on the same week your order has been placed.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been processed and shipped. If there are any concerns regarding your order, you will be notified immediately.
Shipping costs are calculated by package weight.
Returns Policy
Refunds of any of The Seventh Lion products will not be accepted if you change your mind at any point after you have received your order. Please make absolute sure your order and delivery information is correct before placing your order to avoid disappointment.
We accept returns for Exchange or Store Credit only. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will provide either an exchange or store credit up to the amount of the item- minus the cost of shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
However, if your product is delivered not to your satisfaction, please send an email over to info@theseventhlion.com or use our contact form, and we will help you find a solution!
Shipping
All orders are shipped via Australia Post for domestic parcels, and courier for international orders, from Hornsby, NSW, Australia.
Art prints ordered to be shipped to the US will be printed and shipped from our partners in the US.
Shipping prices are determined by the size and weight of your package.
We do our best to ship your order out as quickly as we can, but please let us know if your order is taking longer than it should!
